Day22 – We got there! A huge thanks to everybody who has donated and joined me for the ride! Had to get the little man to nursery today so a final appearance from him with Jasper & Conrad (the horses). Many thanks Adam Meakins for originally nominating me!
Day21 – Back in Brighton today, glorious sunshine on the beach with the old derelict West Pier standing defiantly in the background. A fitting backdrop for this penultimate day of my 22 push up challenge.
Day20 – Special guest appearance by mixed martial arts legend Rosi ‘The Surgeon’ Sexton, the first British woman to compete in the UFC and a highly respected osteopath. Massive thanks to Rosi for joining me in today’s challenge!
Day19 – Welcome to the toddlers playground at Ansty Premier Inn – a fine place to spend such a sunny Sunday morning… (the little man ran off and left me to it).
